This month’s Wine Club explores the four classic Italian styles of pasta sauce, and how to choose a wine that complements each style. Over four courses we’ll look at how the character of the sauce should lead your choice.
It’s a one-night-only Wine Club this month, as a busy run of private hire and other events in The Gallery means we only have one date available - tickets are sure to sell out fast!
