  • Homemade white onion & thyme soup with toasted focaccia (v)
  • Smoked bacon & game pate, spiced apple compote, baked bread
  • Smoked salmon, mascarpone, lime & dill roulade, citrus vinaigrette
  • Sautéed wild mushrooms on toast, garlic & rosemary cream (v)
  • Homemade fishcakes, piquillo pepper hollandaise, rocket & poached egg

Main courses

  • Roast rib of Herefordshire beef, Yorkshire pudding, roast potatoes, pan gravy (£2 supplement)
  • Slow roasted belly of pork, homemade crackling, apple sauce, Yorkshire pudding, roast potatoes, pan gravy
  • Roast breast of chicken stuffed with chorizo mousse, Yorkshire pudding, roast potatoes, pan gravy
  • Baked Salmon fillet, hollandaise sauce, tarragon crushed new potatoes
